Neptunia possesses various superhuman attributes common to the Olympian gods.

Superhuman Strength: Like all Olympians, Neptunia is superhumanly strong. Her strength is about average for an Olympian female and she can lift about 25 tons.

Superhuman Speed: Neptunia can run and move at speeds superior to that of the finest human athlete. Neptunia is also a superhumanly fast swimmer, capable of reaching speeds of up to 60 miles per hour.

Superhuman Stamina: Neptunia's musculature produces considerably less fatigue toxins during physical activity than the musculature of a human being. She can physically exert herself at peak capacity for about 24 hours before the build up of fatigue toxins in her blood begins to impair her.

Superhumanly Dense Tissue: The tissues of Neptunia's body have about 3 times the density that the bodily tissues of a human being has, contributing somewhat to her superhuman strength and weight.

Superhuman Durability: Neptunia's body is much harder and more resistant to physical injury than the body of a human. She can withstand powerful impact forces, falls from great heights, and powerful energy blasts without sustaining injury. Neptunia's body is also specifically conditioned to withstand the frigid temperatures and pressures found along the deepest depths of Earth's oceans without sustaining any injury or discomfort.

Superhuman Agility: Neptunia's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are all enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural physical limits of even the finest human athlete.

Superhuman Reflexes: Neptunia's reflexes are similarly enhanced and are superior to those of the finest human athlete.

Immortality: Neptunia, like all Olympians, is, for all intents and purposes, functionally immortal. Neptunia is immune to the degenerative effects of aging and hasn't aged since reaching adulthood. She is also immune to all known Earthly diseases and infections. However, this doesn't mean that Neptunia can't be killed.

Regenerative Healing Factor: Despite her resistance to injury, it is possible to injure Neptunia. However, her godly life force enables her to rapidly regenerate damaged tissue with much greater speed and efficiency than a human being. However, she is unable to regenerate severed limbs, missing organs, or brain cells without the aid of powerful magical assistance.

Energy Manipulation: Neptunia can manipulate great amounts of energy for various purposes including teleporting herself across dimensional barriers and creating powerful storms.

Neptunia, like all Olympians, has had some training in both armed and unarmed combat, though she herself rarely participates in combat situations.
