History
This version of Henry McCoy was originally from Earth-295 in which Apocalypse conquered North America and mutants ruled. McCoy was the head geneticist for the horseman Mister Sinister, and ran the slave pens in the area that was once New York. McCoy experimented on numerous mutants, creating the Infinite Soldiers for Apocalypse's forces, along with advancing his own mutations.
After Sinister's death and a rebellion in the Slave Pens led by Cyclops, McCoy fled to Apocalypse's Citadel in New York City. In a battle with the X-Men, McCoy teleported himself into the M'Kraan Crystal, the nexus of all realities, and vanished.
McCoy found himself on Earth-616 some twenty years in its past. After crossing paths with a young Emma Frost, he settled in New York and continued his experiments in secret. He has credited himself with creating the Morlocks during this time, but whether or not he was telling the truth remains to be seen. However, he did fear that his activities would attract the attention of this reality's Mister Sinister, whose Marauders later killed many of the Morlocks McCoy claimed to have been responsible for.
Eventually, McCoy sent his agent Random to become an ally with the government mutant team, X-Factor. Random ambushed X-Factor, capturing the team's then-leader Havok, and brought him to McCoy for experimentation.
McCoy then sent his agent Fatale to seduce and capture Bishop, the only denizen of "mainstream" reality who remembered the alternate timeline which McCoy hailed from. McCoy hoped to erase all memory of his original timeline by eliminating Bishop. Bishop escaped from Fatale when the Beast arrived on the scene. McCoy was shocked to discover that he had a counterpart in this timeline who was a member of the X-Men.
In order to infiltrate the X-Men and and hide from Mister Sinister, McCoy altered his own form to resemble the Beast. He kidnapped the Beast and took his place among the X-Men, hiding in plain sight. McCoy revealed himself as an impostor when the entity known as Onslaught attacked the X-Men. McCoy joined Onslaught promising him resources and attendants to serve him. McCoy was eventually driven off by X-Factor, who had found and rescued the "real" Beast (rescued by Havok).
Powers and Abilities
Powers
McCoy possesses a number of superhuman physical attributes similar to those of his mainstream counterpart. However, McCoy continuously subjects himself to genetic alteration experiments, so the full scale of his powers often remain in a state of flux.
Superhuman Strength: McCoy is superhumanly strong and his strength has increased considerably due to his own self-experimentation. Originally, he possessed the same level of physical strength his mainstream counterpart originally possessed and could lift approximately 1 ton. He currently possesses superhuman strength equal to that of his counterpart prior to undergoing the mutation gave him his current feline form. At his peak, McCoy can currently lift about 10 tons.
Superhuman Stamina: McCoy's musulature produces less fatigue toxins during physical activity than the musculature of an ordinary human. He can exert himself physically at peak capacity for several hours beofre fatigue begins to impair him.
Superhuman Agility: McCoy's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural physical limits of even the finest human athlete.
Superhuman Reflexes: McCoy's reaction time is enhanced to a level that is beyond the natural limits of even the finest human athlete.
Superhuman Durability: The tissues of McCoy's body are somewhat harder and more resistant to injury than those of an ordinary human. While not invulnerable, he can withstand impact forces and blunt force trauma that would severely injure or kill an ordinary human with mild to moderate discomfort.
Acclerated Healing Factor: If injured, McCoy is capable of healing mild injuries faster and more efficiently than an ordinary human. His body can heal roughly twice as fast as the body of an ordinary human. His self-experiments have also resulted in extending his longevity by slowing his natural aging process to an unknown degree.
Pheremone Manipulation: McCoy possesses the ability to secrete pheremones that causes members of the opposite sex to become attracted to him. The full limits of this ability isn't known but it is one that his mainstream counterpart possessed at one time.
Claws & Fangs: McCoy possesses elongated canines and razor sharp, retractable, claws at the tips of his fingers and toes. He is able to use these claws to cut most conventional materials including flesh, bone, wood, and stone.
