History

In the volcano

South American mutant Antonio met Amara Aquila (Magma, ally of the X-Men) while she was on vacation, and the two swiftly grew infatuated with each other. He convinced her to spend a few extra weeks after he refused to return to the school of mutants she taught at with her. A week later, they both leapt from a helicopter into an active volcano and deep into the lava flow, flirting with each other and feeling in love. Just then, however, M-Day struck, when most of the world's mutants lost their powers. Antonio lost his mutant abilities and was consumed alive by the extreme heat, dying almost immediately.

Powers

Pyrokinesis (Formerly) Before losing his powers Antonio could fly and control fire. Like Magma he couldn't be injured by fire. Flight (Formerly) By using his pyrokinetic abilities, he can also manifest it and use it as a mean for flying. Extreme Heat Immunity Before causing his death, he was not capable of being hurt by fire or being affected by extreme temperatures.
