Synopsis for "I Cover the Water-Front" Part 1

The Exiles come upon a World where Namor is about to launch a war against the the surface where millions would be killed. The Exiles are charged with stopping him at his first conquest, Latveria, which means helping someone that none of them want to help: Doom.
